The accident happened in July 3 (Gui-wei day) around 10 pm and the victim died on July 4 (Jia-shen day), 2:10am.
Yesterday, this geng young man was helping his father prepare for today's (July 4th) firework show. A mortar firework was ignited unexpectedly and caused fatal head injury to him.
