Will you get both wealth and love in 2019?

"When will you get both wealth and love at the same time?" is one of the chapters in my upcoming "Wealth Bazi" course (NOT a get-rich-quick course).  In that chapter, I have used the Bazi features of people who will likely get both love and wealth in 2019 ji-hai year as illustration.  I have extracted some of the contents below for this blog.

Many people fantasies getting both love and wealth through romance or marriage.  But the harsh reality is that not everyone is equipped to get wealthy and love through romance EVEN for those with pretty or handsome faces.  We have to look into the romance or peach blossom elements in their Bazi charts first.  In other words, it is already written in one's destiny.

This chapter answers the question of when one is likely to get both love and wealth.  Below are the specific timing and conditions (we use 2019 ji-hai year as example, you may figure out the rest by substituting different daymaster (DM) and annual lucks).   For Bazi terminology convention used here, check:

PEOPLE WHO ARE LIKELY TO GET LOVE AND WEALTH IN 2019

1.  Male who is a strong jia/ yi-wood or wu/ ji-earth DM and also in strong wealth (zheng-cai/ pian-cai) luck region, will likely get both love and wealth.

2.  Female who is a strong ren/ gui-water or bing/ ding-fire DM and also in strong power (zheng-guan/ qi-sha) luck region, will likely getting both love and wealth. 

3.  Jia-wood male DM combines with ji-earth in 2019 (ji-hai).  Ding-fire female DM combines with ren-water +power star (hidden in hai).  Ji-earth female DM combines with jia-wood +power star (hidden in hai).  These combinations with annual wealth and power luck reflect potentials for getting both wealth and love for the DM.

4.  For 2019 ji-hai year, ji-hai is the strong output annual luck for bing, ding, geng and xin DMs.  These DMs are likely to have "getting both love and wealth" events if they have strong output stars in their natal chart already.

5.  For 2019 ji-hai year, charts with mao, wei, yin, zi, chou and wu in the branches, are likely to have "wealth and love" events due to combination/s with annual luck branch  (Note: hai-mao-wei wood 3-unities, yin-hai combination, hai-zi-chou water 3-meetings, hai-wu hidden combination).

FINAL REMARKS

While one's chart may look getting "both love and wealth", one still needs to check if power star (as in female DM) or wealth star (for male) is favorable to him or her.  If favorable, everything will be great and happy.  If not, it could mean losing wealth for male DM and being implicated/ hurt emotionally/ physically by males for female DM.

Feng Shui omens for potential disasters

You are where you live.  The conditions of a residence could reflect the potential happenings of its residents.  The house omens listed below foretell the future of certain resident of a house:

1.  Treasured arts, antique or mirror cracked suddenly
-- alarm for unexpected disaster happen to someone in the family 

2.  Door frame of main door cracked or crooked
-- foretells family principal may have disaster or sickness

3.  Sitting mountain (back side of house) or the wall next to altar cracked
-- children of the family may have misfortune

"Death is a topic that most people avoid talking about.  First edition of this date-selection course had no coverage of burial.  A few years later a table on when to do burial is added.  Not until last year (2018) when there were two cases of a friend's family had 2 inter-generational deaths within a month, had alarmed me about the importance of date-selection for burial.  I had the burial data of only one of the two cases.  What had happened was the first burial date had clashed a family member's animal sign. That person had died of a sudden brain hemorrhage in a few weeks. 

Burial and funeral date-selection are a huge topic within date-selection which would take a few months to learn.  In this chapter, the goal is not finding the best dates and location for burial because this requires extensive Bazi and Feng Shui knowledge.  The simple goal is to AVOID using the most negative days for burial.  It is more for the safety of the surviving relatives of the deceased than enhancing prosperity.  No negative event happened to your client is as good as not losing money (and lives) for him/ her." 

The above paragraphs are the introduction of a new chapter on funeral added in my "Practical Date-selection Methods" course.  No one can escape choosing a date for funeral eventually.  My goal is to prevent deaths due to inauspicious date-selection of funeral dates.  I know not everyone can afford my course or hire a Feng Shui master to do the selection for them.  Hence I put the summary of this chapter on funeral date-selection here: 

For the deceased:

* Do not choose a funeral/ burial day that clash the animal sign of the deceased

* Do not choose a funeral/ burial day that clash the day-pillar of the deceased

* Do not bury the deceased in the sitting mountain of the deceased animal sign 

For the living close relatives of the deceased 

* Do not use a funeral/ burial day that clash the animal sign of any close relative

* Do not use the Month Breaker day月破日

* Do not use the Double Deaths day重喪日

* Do not use the Triple Deaths day三 喪日

How to Choose Auspicious door facing for Period 7, 8, 9

Below is the auspicious door facing directions based on Feng Shui Periods:

PERIOD 7 (1984- 2003)
Best for Career and Wealth luck:  West
Second Best:  Northeast
Third Best:  South

PERIOD 8 (2004- 2023)
Best for Career and Wealth luck:  Northeast
Second Best:  South
Third Best:  North

PERIOD 9 (2024- 2043)
Best for Career and Wealth luck: South

HOW TO CHOOSE?
We are still in Feng Shui Period 8, but Period 9 will arrive in 4 years.  So it all depends on if you plan to move within 4 years or not OR if you want to maximize your wealth and career luck.  Here are the options:

If you want to maximize your wealth luck and move within 4- 5 years.  Choose a northeast facing door.  Move to a south facing door after 2023.

If you hate moving and want a permanent home with a 20 years best wealth luck after 4 years,  choose a south facing door.

Easy Feng Shui fixes for bad luck

When life and things are great, people often think that the good life is "normal" and will last forever.   But Life is like a roller-coaster with many ups and downs. What goes up will go down someday.  

Without bad luck, there would be no good luck to contrast.  Sooner or later bad luck will catch up with anyone.

How do you know you are in a bad luck period?  Beside getting a Bazi reading, check the following list to see if you are in bad luck now:

1. Poor sleep or insomnia; nightmares or strange dreams
2. Eyelids tickling or ringing ears
3. Unstable emotion, easily irritated , throwing tantrums
4. Minor illness, pimples or swellings grow on face
5. Confusing mind and thought, unable to quiet down to think
6. Poor interpersonal relationship with relatives, friends and coworkers
7. Running into obstacles when doing anything.  Daily chores that are used to be a breeze are difficult to do well now.
8. Sudden breaking of everyday utensils, light bulbs, flooding, leaking pipes, machines or electronics.
9. Losing money and wealth without knowing the reason behind.   
10. Minor traffic accidents or car damages/ scratches
11. Your home suddenly has many flies.
12. Hit by bird pooh

If you run into 3+ of the above, you are in bad luck now.  But today is your lucky day.  You can follow the simple Feng Shui fixes below to alleviate or reduce the effect of your bad luck:

1. Do a major cleaning of your house.
2. Switch to a different bedroom to sleep
3. Change the head-pointing direction of your bed or move your bed location
4. Donate or throw away old or damaged objects like clothing, furniture and etc.
5. Re-arrange your furniture
6. Rearrange your closet and remove/demote rarely used old clothing and shoes.
7. Adjusting your sitting position at home and office (change the facing direction, make sure there is a wall at the back of your chair) or simply change the sitting location.
8. Remove any Feng Shui fountain if it has been in the same location for over a year.
9. Take a short out-of-town vacation or day trip to change your energy fields
10. Invite friends to your home for partying, to warm up the energy of your house.
11. Go to a temple or church to pray
12. Do some volunteering work helping people or animals
13. Donate money to charity
14. Feed homeless cats or dogs
15. Avoid going to cemetery, funeral and hospital.

If the above fixes do not fix your bad luck, you may have some serious problems.  You need to consult a Bazi reader and/or Feng Shui practitioner to design more personalized remedies.

Zen and Self-Penalty

I get the following story from the web about a conversation between a venerable monk and a woman.  The original is in Chinese.  I translate it here: 

一位女士不停地述說自己的苦難，沒完沒了。

 A woman had been talking non-stop about her suffering and grievance. 

法師打斷她的話說：你的苦還真多呀！

The master had interrupted her, "You really have lots of suffering!"

女士：別人訴苦最多需要三天三夜，我訴苦需要三年！ 

 Woman:    Other people may at most take 3 days and nights, my grievance needs 3 years to spell out!

法師：那是什麼時候的苦？ 

Master:   When did your sufferings occur? 

女士：前幾年。

Woman:   Within the last few years.

法師：那不是過去了嗎？為什麼還緊抓不放呢？（停了一下）你拉出的糞便臭不臭？ 

 Master:   Were these sufferings already passed?  Why do you still hold on to these sufferings?  (Paused).  Do the feces of your bowel movement smell?  

女士：當然很臭啦！

Woman:  Of course, very smelly!

法師：現在糞便在哪裡呢？ 

 Master:  Where are your feces now?

女士：拉完就沖掉了。

Woman:  I had flushed them away after I was done.

法師：為什麼不把它包起來放在身上？見到人就拿出來告訴別人，說我被這東西臭過？ 

Master:   Why don't you wrap your feces up and carry with you?   Then show and tell anyone you meet that you were smoked by these feces.   

女士：那多惡心！

 Woman:   This is nauseating!

法師：對呀！苦難也是一樣，它已經過去了。回憶和訴苦就如同把糞便拿出來向人展示，既臭自己又臭別人！越訴苦越苦，越抱怨越怨。

 Master:   Exactly!  Sufferings and grievance are similar.  They had already passed.   Recollection and grieving about them are similar to showing your feces to people--  smelly to other people and yourself .  You suffer more when you recollect your past suffering.  You grieve more when you talk about your past grievance.

The story above illustrates the Bazi concept of "self-penalty"-- people's tendency to relive their grievance and suffering by talking and thinking about their unpleasant experience repeatedly.  People who listen to their grievance also suffer from this self-penalty like second-hand smoking.  We may call this "second hand penalty".

Psychologists and psychiatrists like self-penalty because they get paid US$200+ per hour here to listen to people's grievance.

Averting or Deflecting Misfortune and Disaster

During my Grand Duke Talisman charity drive in last January, a couple from the Philippines sent me this order (all names and city are renamed for privacy reason):

Dear Sir, 

I would like to order two Grand Duke talismans for 2019. One is for myself and the other for a friend. We are currently both not employed but do what we can to rescue cats from the streets. Hopefully 2019 will be kinder to us and our rescue kitties.

Below is my reply to this couple:

You volunteer work for stray cat rescue is good enough for the talisman (no donation needed).  So I give you an extra talisman to help you with job-seeking.  You may print it out in any size (business card size or bigger size) and carry with you (similar to the instruction listed for Grand Duke).

The extra talisman that I had sent is the Lotus Guru Padmasambhava Mantra Wheel.  Usually I offer this talisman to my relatives and students only.  It offers protection from negative annual luck, astrological events and removes misfortunes and obstacles.

Last week, I have received a surprise email from this couple:

Dear Ken, 

In January you gave us a gift of the Mantra Wheel. This is to let you know how it has saved us twice this month. 

About two weeks ago Rick was on his bicycle at around 10pm. He was on a main road in the business district of Main City. As he was approaching an intersection two dump trucks came rushing past him on his left side. The first one cut in front of him to make a right turn at the intersection barely missing him. Luckily he was able to swerve to the right as the second dump truck came rushing past him too. He was shaken but unharmed. He said that if he didn't swerve the truck would have run over him. It was a close call. And the trucks didn't stop at all. Rick carries the Mantra Wheel in his wallet at all times. 

Some of the homeless cats rescued

The second incident happened two nights ago. We were watching TV and once or twice we would get a whiff of burning rubber. It wasn't strong so we thought it was coming from the outside. Checked outside and nothing there to account for the smell. Back inside one of my cats laid down on top of the DVDs player. As Rick picked her up he noticed the smell of burning rubber was stronger in that area. I immediately turned off the TV and player. We found out that the plug of the DVD had a broken prong and the rubber insulation was melting. It's a good thing we discovered it on time. If it had lasted longer I am almost sure it would cause a short circuit or even a fire. The Mantra Wheel is displayed on a shelf in the room where the TV is in. Thank goodness Coco the kitty decided to lie down on the DVD when she did. 

In both instances, carrying and displaying the Mantra Wheel has saved us from misfortune. And it's worked so quickly.

While I believe the Lotus Guru talisman may have helped averting their misfortunes, I think what they have been doing-- saving the lives of homeless cats helps more in saving Rick's life and their house.

This incident illustrates one of the most effective methods of deflecting misfortunes is saving lives of any living things.  This couple has rescued 12 homeless cats so far.  Hence, if any astrological reading predicts you have an upcoming "obstacle" or major misfortune, saving a life is an effective way to averting it.  Yes, it is difficult to have the opportunity of saving human lives, but saving animal lives like cats and dogs are easier to accomplish.
