Date-Selection and Russian Attack on Ukraine

Earlier this month I have written about major events are likely to happen in the month of tiger (Feb. 4 to March 5, 2022) and month of monkey (August 7 to Sept. 6, 2022).

Russia attacks Ukraine today (Feb. 24, 2022) month.  This could be a major event in world history with far reaching significance. 

One striking characteristic of today in terms of date-selection is:  the day is very inauspicious!  It is a Wu-shen or earth-monkey today.  Monkey clashes tiger in the Chinese zodiac.  Tiger is the Grand Duke or ruler of current year.  Coincidentally,  current month is also a tiger month.  So today is:

• a year-breaker day (Sui-po)-- today clashes the year ruler
• a month breaker day (Yue-po)-- today clashes the month ruler
• Wu-shen day fan-yin or battles both the year and month pillar

A day with these many "violations" is definitely not ideal to start a war.  The likely effects of using this day to start something are:

·        Frustrations. Things do not flow.
·        Arguments and conflicts.
·        Business negotiations will be unsuccessful.
·        Contracts and marriages are unsuccessful.

Let's wait and see if this day will work against Putin or not.

Meanings of "Travelling Horse" 驿马神煞解

"Travelling horse" is a symbolic star or shen-sha in Bazi reading, date-selection, QMDJ and many other Chinese metaphysics systems.  In Bazi, it is based on the birth year or day of one's natal chart.  

If a person was born in:

• shen, zi or chen year/ day:  travelling horse is yin-tiger
• yin, wu or xu year/ day:  travelling horse is shen-monkey
• hai, mao or wei year/ day:  travelling horse is si-snake
• si, you or chou year/ day:  travelling horse is hai-pig

MEANINGS OF TRAVELLING HORSE IN A CHART

1.  Chart with 2+ travelling horses: This person is likely leaving hometown or country to make a living.

2.  During his/ her travelling horse year, this person will be hectic or toiling to make ends meet.

3. "Travelling horse galloping in wealth region":  If by chance the travelling horse is also the wealth star of this chart and running into travelling horse luck period or staying in the horse direction-- this person may make major wealth during this luck period.

4. Travelling horse with "peach blossom":  If by chance the travelling horse is also the peach blossom star of this chart, it means this person is likely unfaithful in relationship with unstable marriage.

5. Travelling horse with zheng-guan (+power):  If by chance the travelling horse is also the zheng-guan (+power) star of this chart, it means this person is likely be a reputable government official working outside his hometown.

6. Travelling horse with qi-sha (-power):  If by chance the travelling horse is also the qi-sha (-power) star of this chart, it means this person is likely a monk, priest or Mafia type person.

7. Strong daymaster (DM) with travelling horse is likely auspicious (intelligent and sociable) whereas weak DM with travelling horse is inauspicious (toiling/ hectic life)

8. Travelling horse is favorable element brings prosperity and wealth to the person.  It brings poverty and obstacles if unfavorable.

9.  Female with numerous travelling horses, regardless of being favorable or unfavorable, implies problems in marital relationship.

10.  Yin, shen, si and hai are generally called "horse stars".  People with 2+ of any of these 4 branches in their natal chart cannot sit still and are good for sales professions. 

11. Pillar location and travelling horse: 

• in year pillar: leaving hometown in teen/ youth 
• in month/ day pillar:  leaving hometown in middle-age
• in hour pillar:  leaving hometown in old age (alone or with adult children)

Will "Year of Water Tiger" good for you?

Year of Water Tiger (ren-yin) has arrived.  Will it be good to you? 

EFFECTS OF YEAR OF WATER TIGER ON INDIVIDUALS

In terms of energy, water-tiger means strong wood energy.  Bazi astrology categories people in five energy profile groups-- metal, wood, water, fire and earth.  An individual's up and down or luck is the results of interaction between these primal energies and annual energy.  Below are luck predictions for these 5 groups of people for the year. 

Please check the appendix below if you do not know your energy profile or daymaster (DM) element.

LUCK PREDICTIONS ATTRIBUTED TO STRONG WOOD ENERGY

1.  Metal daymaster:  Wood to a metal DM are wealth, father, wife/ mistress (to male).  Strong wood energy, if favorable to the chart,  means better wealth and romance luck; if negative, means losing wealth/ father, affair, wife or girl friend being "snatched" away by close friends.

2.  Wood daymaster:  Wood to a wood DM are siblings, peers, friends, partnership, cooperation and competitions.  Strong wood energy, if favorable to the chart, means better wealth luck and cooperation; if negative, means sickness, losing wealth or wife.

3.  Water daymaster:  Wood to a water DM are talent, IQ, junior generation, subordinates, expression, showmanship, wealth source and children (to female).  Strong wood energy, if favorable to the chart,  means better artistic/ self-expression/ wealth/ mentor/ culinary luck, using one's talent to produce wealth,  if unfavorable,  it means losing husband (for female), poverty and sickness.

4.  Fire daymaster:  Wood to a fire DM are mother, senior generation, academic achievement, protection, nurturing, real estate, reputation, and document,  Strong wood energy, if favorable to the chart,  means better mentor luck, buying real estate and academic advancement; if unfavorable,  it means DM toiling with no leisure time.

5.  Earth daymaster:  Wood to an earth DM are superior, senior generation, career, power, fame, restriction, punishment, lawsuit and husband/ lover (to female).  Strong wood energy, if favorable to the chart,  means better career luck,  better romance luck for female; if unfavorable,  it means losing job, lawsuit, sickness and affair (for female).

The above predictions are "generic" in nature because a more accurate prediction needs to take in the consideration of other elements of individual Bazi chart. 

Now comes to more serious problems that some people may have.  If your Bazi chart has the following pillars in any position:

• Bing-shen
• Wu-shen

These 2 pillars are "fan-yin" on battling with current ren-yin year of water tiger.  These are serious clashes especially if it is your day pillar (this means YOU or your spouse get the hit!).  It will be 3x negative if your chart also contains Si-snake (forms Yin-si-shen 3-penalties).  I suggest you go get the advice of a Bazi reader or take these courses:

WHICH MONTHS ARE MORE CRITICAL?

The intense effects, whether positive or negative, in both societal and individual levels, are likely to surface within this current tiger month due to its concentration of tiger or wood energy (Feb. 4- March 5, 2022).  People with monkey Chinese zodiac animal sign should avoid travel and be extra cautious when driving during this tiger month.

The next intensive month is likely be Monkey month (August 7 to Sept. 6, 2022), the seventh month of the solar year.  This is because monkey (metal energy) clashes tiger (wood energy) in the Chinese Zodiac.  Year energy clashes with month energy. People with tiger or monkey animal sign should be cautious during travel or driving in this month of monkey.

Appendix:  How to find the daymaster of a person

1.  Go to http://bazi-calculator.com/

2.  Type in the birthday/ hour and gender (F or M) in the input table in the left side.
3.  Click "CALCULATE" box
4.  Check the left color table below the input table.  See the example here:
5.  The third color column (counting from right to left) is the day branch of the person.  It is "Geng-shen" in this example of someone born in June 24, 1990. "Geng" metal is the daymaster of this chart.  Grey color represents metal.

Will history repeat in the Year of Water Tiger?

2022 Year of Water Tiger has just arrived.   

Last "Year of Water Tiger" was 60 years ago in 1962.  Cuban Missile Crisis and Sino-Indian War had happened that year.  Now we have the polar bear watching over Ukraine,  red dragon and Uncle Sam cruising in the South China Sea and the Taiwan Strait.  Last time (1962) China did a surprise attack to India under the distraction of Cuban Missile Crisis.  Would China attack Taiwan when Russian attack Ukraine?  Would history repeat itself due to the same global water-tiger energy?

In the last "year of water tiger" (1962), there was a "Kennedy Slide of 1962" or market correction.  The stock market peaked during the end of 1961 and plummeted in the first half of 1962.  Similar scenario is happening in the stock market right now!  The stock market has a major "correction" going on since last January.
