Detecting mean woman from her birthday 泼妇八字

This article lists the Bazi characteristics of mean or difficult woman.   Chinese uses "pōfù" (泼妇) or "fierce and unreasonable woman" to denote this type of woman.  The closest English word to match this Chinese word is "bitch".  The contents here do not mean for strong and/ or career women.

This article enables you to check if someone is a mean woman by using her birthday without meeting her.  This is helpful in making hiring, partnership or dating decisions.

BAZI CHARACTERISTICS OF MEAN WOMAN

1.  Chart with strong +output star (shang-guan) in both stem and branch levels:

• Jia-wood daymaster with strong Ding-fire
• Yi-wood daymaster with strong Bing-fire
• Bing-fire daymaster with strong Ji-earth
• Ding-fire daymaster with strong Wu-earth
• Wu-earth daymaster with strong Xin-metal
• Ji-earth daymaster with strong Geng-metal
• Geng-metal daymaster with strong Gui-water
• Xin-metal daymaster with strong Ren-water
• Ren-water daymaster with strong Yi-wood
• Gui-water daymaster with strong Jia-wood

Woman with strong +output star has bad temperament, opinionated and likes to handle things HER ways.  Other people have extreme difficult to sway her decisions.  If this chart also have +power star, this stubborn and strong characters will be more evident.

2.  Chart with yang-knife (+peer/ jie-cai) in branch level:

• Jia-wood daymaster with Mao-wood in any branch
• Yi-wood daymaster with Yin-wood in any branch
• Bing-fire daymaster with Wu-fire in any branch
• Ding-fire daymaster with Si-fire in any branch
• Wu-earth daymaster with Wu-fire in any branch
• Ji-earth daymaster with  Si-fire in any branch
• Geng-metal daymaster with You-metal in any branch
• Xin-metal daymaster with Shen-metal in any branch

Woman with yang-knife in her chart has strong individuality/ personality.  If this yang-knife is penalized or clashed, she is even more bitchy, confrontative and resistant.  If chart has yang-knife, -power (qi-sha) and -resource (pian-yin), this woman is calculative, arbitrary and very difficult to interact with.

3.  Chart with mixing of + and - power stars (guan-sha mixing up) and DM is strong:

• Jia- or yi-wood daymaster with Geng-metal and Xin-metal in stem level and Yin-wood and Mao-wood in branch level.   Birth month is Yin, Mao, Hai or Zi.
• Bing- or Ding-fire daymaster with Ren-water and Gui-water in stem level and Si-fire and Wu-fire in branch level. Birth month is Yin, Mao, Si or Wu.
• Wu- or Ji-earth daymaster with Jia-wood and Yi-wood in stem level and Chen-, Wei-, Xu-, Chou-earth,  Si-fire and Wu-fire in branch level. Birth month is Chen, Wei, Xu, or Chou.
• Geng- or Xin-metal daymaster with Bing-fire and Ding-fire in stem level and Shen-metal and You-metal in branch level. Birth month is Chen, Shen, You, Xu or Chou.
• Ren- or Gui-water daymaster with Wu-earth and Ji-earth in stem level and Hai-water and Zi-water in branch level. Birth month is Hai, Zi, Shen or You.

Woman with this "guan-sha mixing up" in her chart has no principle and plays tricks.  It is difficult to get rid of her once she "attaches" to you.

4.  Chart with numerous + and - peer stars (bi-jian/ jie-cai):

• Jia- or yi-wood daymaster with numerous Jia-, Yi-, Yin- and Mao-wood 
• Bing- or Ding-fire daymaster with numerous Bing-, Ding-, Si- and Wu-fire 
• Wu- or Ji-earth daymaster with numerous Wu-, Ji-, Chen-, Xu-, Chou- and Wei-earth
• Geng- or Xin-metal daymaster with numerous Geng-, Xin-, Shen- and You-metal
• Ren- or Gui-water daymaster with numerous Ren-, Gui-, hai and Zi-water 

Woman with numerous peer stars in her chart lacks reasoning, thinking/ planning, is impulsive and likes to do things rashly.

Don't get mad if your chart matches one or more of the above features.  One should look at the WHOLE chart and not just the features above to determine DM is a mean person or not.  Very often, the presence of certain star can turn these mean features into advantages.  For example, a chart with numerous peer stars but also with at least a power star to keep peer star in check, DM can accomplish great feats.

Finally, women have no monopoly of being mean.  Men could also be mean and hideous. But the male version of Bazi characteristics are different to certain extent.

Ken's List of Wife-Jinxing Bazi 命理克妻断

Ladies! Today is your lucky day!  Before you dive into a relationship or marriage, check the following list to make sure your potential lover does not jinx you to death.

Check the birthday Bazi chart of your potential mate to see if his chart hits one or more of the followings: 

1. Natal chart and 10-year-lucks have no wealth star:  this is likely the destiny of a monk or a man with no wife.
2. Chart has "pure yin" or "pure-yang" pillars likely jinxes wife.
3. Wife star (wealth or "cai" star) is in void:  wife is prone to premature death or this man remains single throughout his life.
4. Wife star is clashed or combined away:  is prone to physical or death separation with wife.
5. Strong male daymaster has a wife star not sitting in spouse palace, is clashed:  is prone to jinxing wife.
6. Weak male daymaster with both + and -wealth stars (zheng-cai/ pian-cai):  he is likely a disloyal husband with lots of material and sexual desire.
7. Chart with both wealth and power star in void:  this man is likely jinxing wife during his middle age.
8. Chart with multiple storage elements (chen, xu, chou and wei):  is prone to jinxing wife.
9. Chart has weak wife star with strong and multiple + and -peer (jie-cai/ bi-jian) stars:  is prone to jinxing wife.
10. Chart with yang-knife (jie-cai) star sitting in spouse palace (day-branch) and combines with another branch:  wife is chronically sick.
11. Spouse palace does not have a yang-knife but combines with a yang-knife in another branch:  wife is chronically sick.
12. Chart has  -power (qi-sha) with -resource (pian-yin) and yang-knife (jie-cai) stars:  this man is likely jinxing wife during his middle age.
13. Chart with wife star (wealth or "cai") entombed:  wife is incapable or lacking luck or died prematurely.
14. Chart with year and hour pillar exchanging void branch (i.e., each has the void branch of the other pillar):  is prone to jinxing wife or no wife.
15. Chart with hour and day pillar exchanging void branch:  is prone to jinxing wife or no wife.

 The more a chart hits the above list, the higher the "wife jinxing power".

"Jinxing" here does not mean this man jinxing his wife to death but it is the destiny of this woman.  It is not his fault.  His qi or energy field tends to attract partner who is destined for a less fortunate life.

Birth Chart Characteristics of Depression 抑郁症

Bazi chart characteristics of people with depression are:

1.  Favorable element is restricted or does not appear in the stem level.  This is prone to depression or even death.

2.  Chart has many penalties, self-penalties or 3-penalties, is prone to depression.

3.  Chart with strong unfavorable resource elements (zheng-yin/ pian-yin) is prone to depression.

4.  Weak daymaster (the chart owner) with strong unfavorable elements are prone to depression.

5.  Chart that is too "cold" (lacks fire) or too "wet" (too much water) means lacking "yang energy",  is prone to depression.

5.  Chart that has shortage of favorable elements with all yin pillars, is prone to depression.  

6.  Chart that has too much yang energy causing yin-yang imbalance, especially with wet and cold energies clashing yang energy, is prone to depression.

7.  Chart with unfavorable elements close to the daymaster whereas favorable elements are far away, is prone to depression.

8.  Chart with strong metal and shortage of fire to control metal, is prone to depression.

9.  Chart with daymaster sitting on yang-knife (i.e. -peer/ jie-cai) which is unfavorable, is prone to depression when running into unfavorable 10-years-luck period.

Depression is treatable with psychological counselling and more importantly, understanding and help from people around the patient.

In search of misfortune and dangerous years in Bazi

Today is your lucky day to find many unlucky scenarios that you do not want to see in your Bazi chart.

The conditions listed below usually signal serious misfortunes like accidents, surgery, severe illness, losing major wealth or even death to the daymaster of a chart or his/ her close family members:

1.  10-years-luck and annual luck fu-yin (identical pillars, 岁运并临):  This could mean death to DM or his relatives or relatives facing obstacles.  However, if the fu-yin elements are zheng-guan, zheng-yin or zheng-cai (+power, +resource, +wealth), misfortune may not happen.

2.  Fan-yin or clashing any pillar in natal chart by luck pillar/s (天克地冲 ):  

• DM's father or mother suffers or even dies when luck period clashing month or year pillar
• Wife suffers misfortunes when clashing day branch a
• Children suffer misfortunes when clashing hour pillar.

3.  Three-penalties are clashed (三刑受冲):  Penalties itself means danger.  It is even more dangerous when clashed.  Whichever palace is clashed implies the events and relatives represented by that palace may suffer misfortune or even death.

4.  Two groups of 3-penalities (两组三刑):  Natal chart, 10-years-luck and annual luck form two groups of penalties penalized each other.  This stands for major disaster and death is unavoidable.

5.  Two formations battle each other (两局相克):  Natal chart, 10-years-luck and annual luck form two formations battling each other.  For example, shen-zi-chen water formation battles si-wu-wei fire formation.  This stands for major disaster and death is unavoidable. 

6.  Three versus 1 (以三制一):  Natal chart, 10-years-luck and annual luck form 3 branches clashing 1 branch, 3 branches penalizing 1 branch, 3 stems controlling one stem and 3 stems combing one stem-- all these stand for major misfortune.

7.  "Pian-yin snatching shi-shen" (枭神夺食, -resource snatches -output):  DM becomes weak or sick or death occurs in his family when luck periods bring "pian-yin snatching shi-shen".

8.  Meeting of shang-guan, yang-knife and void (伤、刃、空重叠):  Accident, misfortune water/fire disasters and death may occur, especially if DM is weak.

9.  Qi-sha is clashed (七煞逢冲 ):  Pian-guan or -power with no resource (yin) in chart is called qi-sha.  Qi-sha is a vicious star attacking DM.  If qi-sha is unfavorable and is clashed with no cure/combination or Nobleman to help, DM is a ferocious person and likely died of violence.

10.  Family members entombed (六亲入墓 ):  Tomb means tomb-storage and also grave.  "Jinx" below means disaster and misfortune occurred to the person being jinxed.

• Male DM jinxes children and female jinxes husband when annual luck with power star (zheng-guan) entombed.  
• Male DM jinxes wife when annual luck with +wealth star (zheng-cai) entombed.   
• Both male and female DM jinx father when annual luck with -wealth star (pian-cai) entombed.
• Both male and female DM jinx mother when annual luck with +resource star (zheng-yin) entombed.
• Female jinxes children when annual luck with output star (shang-guan/ shi-shen) entombed.  

11.  Yang-knife accumulation (羊刃会聚):  Disasters and misfortunes come when luck period brings more yang-knives (+peer or jie-cai), especially if DM is strong.

12.  Clashing yang-knife (羊刃倒戈):  Yang-knife dislikes clash or combination, especially being clashed by Grand Duke (annual luck).  This stands for major disasters and violent death.

Another Approach to Self-penalties

Previous post derives self-penalties by matching branch 3-unities (San-he) to 3-meetings (San-hui).  This post uses branch groups to locate self-penalties.

Classic Bazi segregates 12 branch elements into 3 groups:

4 cardinal or peach-blossom elements
--  zi, wu, mao and you
4 sub-cardinal or traveling horses elements
--  yin, shen, si and hai
4 storage or tomb elements 
--  chen, xu, chou and wei 

From the above, we have 3-penalties

1. zi-mao penalty
2. yin-shen-si 3-penalties
3. xu-chou-wei 3-penalties

The branch elements that are missing in these 3-penalties actions become self-penalty when running into identical element.  

Self-Penalties:

• Chen-chen
• You-you
• Wu-wu
• Hai-hai

Don't overlook the destructive power and influence of self-penalty.  It could be as serious as other penalties.  Out of the 4 self-penalties, wu, you and hai self-penalties are most serious because:

• Wu-fire is the yang-knife (羊刃) of bing-fire
• You-metal  is the yang-knife of geng-metal
• Hai-water is the yang-knife of gui-water 

Self-penalty becomes serious matter when the corresponding stem showing up in the stem level, especially if the stem is also the daymaster (DM).

Self-penalty could mean:

• self-inflicted pain/ injury
• self-sabotage 
• addiction
• depression
• worrisome
• meddlesome
• petty
• cannot let go of trivial matters

If the self-penalty element is also the yang-knife of the DM,  s/he may have health problems (self-inflicted, psychosomatic or psychological), suicidal due to depression, love-sickness depression and the likes.

Self-penalty is also one of the causes of depression.

Fertility Bazi: Women with problems giving birth

Bazi characteristics of women with problem giving birth:

1. Chart with strong resource stars (zheng-yin/ pian-yin):  Output stars (shi-shen/ shang-guan) represents children for a female.  Resource stars are the arch-enemies of output stars.  For example, the output star of a female Jia-wood daymaster (DM) is fire and resource star is water.  Water extinguishes fire.  Hence if a chart with strong resource star will be unfavorable for child-birth, especially if the resource star is in the hour pillar (children palace!)

2. Chart with daymaster sitting on "yang-knife":  Chart with yang-knife on day-branch is prone to abortion, miscarriage or uterus surgery.  Women with the following day-pillars are sitting on a "yang-knife":  bing-wu, ding-si, wu-wu, ji-si, ren-zi and gui-hai.

3. Chart with day-branch clashing hour branch:  Hour pillar is the "children palace".  When it is clashed means instability, damaging, obstacles in giving birth and also prone to miscarriage.  Here are the potential day-hour branch clashes:  yin-shen, mao-you, chen-xu, si-hai, zi-wu and chou-wei. 

4. Chart with children star in void:  Void means "void branch" here.  Void means "not there" or nothing.

5. Chart with children star entombed:  "Entombed" means hidden or lacking relationship with children.  For example, water is the children star for a female metal DM and there is no water element in her chart except a hidden gui-water in the Chen water tomb.

Bazi Chart of Las Vegas Mass Shooting Gunman: Grand Duke or Yang-knife Effect?

Below is the Bazi chart of the Las Vegas mass-shooting gunman and the day chart when the shooting had occurred.  Birth hour of the gunman is an estimation.

Grand Duke of 2017 is Ding-you or fire-rooster.  Rooster or "You" is metal in nature.  Gunman's daymaster is Geng-metal.  In Bazi, You-metal is the "yang-knife" of Geng-metal.  Accidents, surgery and bloody events are likely to occur when yang-knife is clashed.  The Bazi element that clashes You-metal is Mao-wood or rabbit or simply strong wood formation.

Gunman's current 10-year-luck period is Ji-you (earth-rooster).  This means he had been in a 10-year-luck of yang-knife since 2014.

If you look at the day/hour chart when the mass shooting occurred, you will see:

1. the year is rooster (You-metal)
2. the month is rooster (You-metal)
3. the day is rooster (You-metal)
4. gunman's 10-year-luck is rooster (You-metal)   

In short, when the shooting occurred, metal was very strong even without considering gunman's 10-year-luck.  You-metal is the yang-knife of the gunman and dislikes being clashed.  Metal stands for guns here.

The likely Bazi reasons to explain this tragedy are:

• Grand Duke effect:  Grand Duke is clashed in gunman's chart.
• Yang-knives are clashed:  by chance this year's Grand Duke is also gunman's yang-knife
• Strong metal is provoked:  strong metal is provoked by wood element or combinations in the chart.

I had found another serious traffic accident with numerous deaths and injuries happened on Sept. 22, 2017 in Hong Kong also had 3 roosters (you-metal) in the day chart.

The lesson here for date-selection is:  Do NOT choose a date/hour with 2+ roosters (You-metals) in the chart.  If you day of travel or event has 2+ roosters, do not go.  Accident resulting in injury or even death may occur.
