Predicting marital blessing using day pillar 日柱看婚姻

In a Bazi chart, the day pillar represents the daymaster (DM) or chart owner and his/ her spouse palace. Hence, it is possible to get a quick prediction of marital blessing by simply checking the day pillar.

To find your day pillar, log into www.bazi-calculator.com, key in your birthday, check the output "Birth chart", the second column from the left is your day pillar.

DAY PILLAR COMPOSITION AND MARITAL BLESSING

1. Day branch or spouse palace is occupied by a wealth star (zheng-cai/ pian-cai): Yi-chou, yi-wei, bing-shen, ding-you, wu-zi, ji-hai, geng-yin and ren-wu. Wealth star stands for wife for a male DM. It implies a good marriage when a wealth star sits in the spouse palace. This is called "matching star and palace 宫星同位". If wealth star is favorable, DM will get wife's wealth in addition to a happy marriage. If DM is a female, the marriage is still above average because wealth star can nurture power star (husband).

2. Day branch or spouse palace is occupied by a power star (zheng-guan/ qi-sha): Jia-shen, yi-you, ding-hai, ji-mao, geng-wu, xin-si, gui-chou, and gui-wei. Power star stands for husband for a female DM. It implies a good marriage when a power star sits in the spouse palace. If power star is favorable, DM will enjoy good status/ reputation and relationship due to husband. This is called "matching star and palace 宫星同位". If DM is a male, wife may boss him around because power star controls DM.

3. Day branch or spouse palace is occupied by a resource star (zheng-yin/ pian-yin) means DM is nurtured by the spouse palace: Jia-zi, yi-hai, bing-yin, ding-mao, wu-wu, ji-si, geng-chen, geng-xu, xin-chou, xin-wei, ren-shen and gui-you. Resource star stands for mother/ elder for both male and female DM. DM sits on a resource star implies DM's wife or husband will take care of him/ her like a mother. It is even better if resource star is favorable.

4. Day branch or spouse palace is occupied by an output star (shang-guan/ shi-shen) means DM nurtures the spouse palace: Jia-wu, yi-hai, yi-si, bing-chen, bing-xu, ji-you, geng-zi, xin-hai, ren-yin, gui-mao and wu-shen. Different outcomes for male and female DM with output star in spouse palace:

Male DM: Though wealth or wife star does not sit in spouse palace, but output star will nurture wealth star. If DM is strong and wealth is favorable, DM will have good relationship/ marriage with wife. If weak and unfavorable, DM will have poor marital relationship.
Female DM: Power or husband star does not sit in spouse palace. Instead, output star, the arch-enemy of husband star, sits there to confront husband. This likely causes marital setbacks.

5. Day branch or spouse palace is occupied by a peer star (jie-cai/ bi-jian) means DM shares the same element with the the spouse palace: Jia-yin, yi-hai, yi-mao, bing-wu, ding-si, wu-xu, wu-chen, ji-wei, ji-si, geng-shen, xin-you, ren-zi and gui-hai. Peer star controls and "plunders" wealth star and sits in spouse palace, for male DM, this means marital disharmony and wife may be "snatched" by another man. For female DM, peer star steals wealth which is meant for nurturing husband star. In addition, peer star may combine or steal power star (husband). All this signifies marital disharmony.

Predicting your years with better romance or marriage luck 八字看情人姻缘

How do you find out which year that you may have better romance or marriage luck?

You can find the clues in your Bazi birth chart. If you do not know your own "daymaster" element, please go to www.bazi-calculator.com, key in your birthday and find your "daymaster" in the top row of the day column.

In Bazi, annual luck (means current year) shows the possible events that might happen to a person. The year stem reflects what can be seen by the public. Hence if the year stem is the element representing wealth star (zheng-cai/ pian-cai, wife/ lover for male) or power star (zheng-guan/ qi-sha, husband/ lover for female), it means the likelihood of lover or marriage partner showing up in that year.

You don't need to know what is "year stem" as long as you can read the last digit of each year like the "5" in 2025-- simply read the tables below to find your years of better love luck.

The tables below summarize the exact year that lover or marriage partner is more likely to show up. For example, a Jia-wood male daymaster (person), will likely run into romance (if single) or affair (if married) when a year with last digit 0 (Geng-metal year, e.g., 2030). The same person may get married in a Xin-metal year (e.g., 2031) if he is single. Similar logic is applied for female daymasters too.

YEARS WITH BETTER LOVER AND MARRIAGE LUCK TABLE

SUPER BONUS: This is another BOGO article. You may use the year reference of these tables to keep an eye on your spouse or lover during his or her "love luck" years, followed by wife or husband luck years. For example, if your girl friend or wife is a Geng-metal person, you pay extra attention to her activities during Bing-fire (e.g. 2026) and Ding-fire years (2027). Bing-fire year is more "dangerous". If your boy friend or husband is a Geng-person, it would be years with the last digit 4 or 5.

How to check spouse quality from Bazi birth chart 八字看配偶吉凶

Below is a no BS and straight-talk list of how to check the marital quality of one's spouse:

1. Month pillar of a female chart has stem shang-guan (+output) and branch qi-sha (-power)-- She will marry multiple times.

2. Female daymaster sits on shang-guan (+output), regardless of its favorability ("yong-shen"), She likely has marital problems and/or jinxing husband.

3. Male daymaster sits on peer star (bi-jian/ jie-cai)-- He has marital problems.

4. Female with Jia-yin or Wu-shen day pillar-- Her husband may die of unexpected disaster.

5. Male daymaster sits on pian-cai (-wealth) is amorous. He loves mistress more than wife.

6. Male daymaster sits resource star (zheng-yin/ pian-yin) hindering wife. Wife does not get along with his mother.

7. Female chart with both zheng-guan and qi-sha (power stars) in stem level-- This is called "guan-sha mixing up". She will have marital disharmony, likely marry twice or has lover.

8. Male chart with both zheng-cai and pian-cai (wealth stars) in stem level-- he will have marital disharmony, likely marry twice or has mistress.

9. Female chart has strong shang-guan (+output) stars but no wealth star-- She jinxes her husband or marry again.

10. When day branch (spouse palace) is clashed-- This implies marital disharmony and separation is likely.

11. When day branch (spouse palace) is combined-- This implies spouse has affair.

12. When a male chart day branch has a wealth star (zheng-cai/ piain-cai), regardless the strength of this daymaster, gets a good/ helpful wife. This is called "wife palace stationed by a wife 妻宫妻守"

13. When a female chart day branch has a wealth star (zheng-cai/ piain-cai) and is favorable ("yong-shen"), gets a helpful and capable husband.

Street fortune-teller secret codes for marital predictions 江湖看婚姻秘诀

In traditional or ancient China, many street fortune tellers were illiterate or blind or both. How did they learn Bazi or 4-pillars reading?

They had learned the trade by reciting poems or "trick songs" like the ones presented below. The poems are mostly based on empirical experience in the field and not may not based on Bazi theory or logic.

These poems predict marital situations based on the day pillar of a client. The stem of a day pillar represents the daymaster or the chart owner. Day branch is the spouse palace representing the wife or husband of the daymaster.

BAZI POEM ON MARITAL SITUATIONS

男骑白马走天下，女骑白马犯桃花。Male riding a white horse travels the world. Female riding a white horse violates peach blossom. (White is metal color. This means Geng-wu day-pillar. Both male and female with this day pillar are prone to peach blossom or affairs).

男骑红马犯重婚，女骑红马要三婚。Male riding a red horse commits bigamy. Female riding a red horse will marry thrice. (Red is fire color. This means Bing-wu day-pillar. Both male and female with this day pillar are prone to marital disasters).

男骑黄马要离婚，女骑黄马犯多婚。Male riding a yellow horse will divorce. Female riding a yellow horse will marry multiple times. (Yellow is earth color. This means Wu-wu day-pillar. Both male and female with this day pillar are prone to marital disasters).

男骑青马过朝庭，女骑青马挤破门。Male riding a green horse will become a government official. Female riding a green horse breaks the family door. (Green is wood color. This means Jia-wu day-pillar).

男见青牛想情人，女见青牛多郎人。Male with a green ox thinks mistress. Female with a green ox has many lovers. (This means Yi-chou day-pillar).

男捉黄蛇恋二婚，女捉黄蛇主重婚。Male catching a yellow snake will marry twice. Female catching a yellow snake commits bigamy. (This means Ji-si day-pillar).

男打黑鼠想女人，女打黑鼠爱别人。Male beating a black rat thinks about women. Female beating a black rat loves outside men. (Black is water color. This means Ren-zi day-pillar).

男养青狗克妻子，女养青狗克丈夫。Male raising a green dog jinxes wife. Female raising a green dog jinxes husband. ( This means Jia-xu day-pillar).

男养黑鸡防婚变，女养黑鸡再嫁人。Male raising a black rooster should beware of marriage upheavals. Female raising a black rooster will marry again. (This means Gui-you day-pillar).

男养白猪情人多，女养白猪婚变多。Male raising a white pig has many lovers/ mistresses. Female raising a white pig has many marriage upheavals. (This means Xin-hai day-pillar).

男养黄猴多情人，女养黄猴没郎人。Male raising a yellow monkey has many lovers/ mistresses. Female raising a yellow monkey has no husband. (This means Wu-shen day-pillar).

男养青兔要变婚，女养青兔要离婚。 Male raising a green rabbit has marriage upheavals. Female raising a green rabbit will divorce. (This means Yi-mao day-pillar).

男养白鸡爱别人，女养白鸡爱情人。Male raising a white rooster loves outside woman. Female raising a white rooster has lovers. (This means Xin-you day-pillar).

男捉黑蛇风流人，女捉黑蛇再嫁人。Male catching a black snake is flirtatious and romantic. Female catching a black snake will marry again. (This means Gui-si day-pillar).

男养白猴难成婚，女养白猴婚难成。Male raising a white monkey has problem getting married. Female raising a white monkey is difficult to get married. (This means Geng-shen day-pillar).

男打白鼠伤妻子，女打白鼠另嫁人。Male hitting a white/metal rat hurts/jinxes wife. Female hitting a white/metal rat is difficult to get married. (This means Geng-zi day-pillar).

男驾青龙妻克夫，女驾青龙夫克妻。Male riding a green dragon gets a husband-jinxing wife. Female riding a green dragon gets a wife-jinxing husband. (This means Jia-chen day-pillar).

In general, people born with the above day pillars are more "likely" suffering marital setbacks and problems. It will be more serious if their natal chart composition is less than satisfactory, with problems like bigamy, multiple marriages, divorce, life and death separation, affairs, dumping the spouse or being dumped.

The above 17 day-pillars out of a possible 60 are mostly involving Zi, Wu, Mao and You day-branch or rat, horse, rabbit and rooster animal signs. This is because Zi, Wu, Mao and You are the peach-blossom or romance elements in Bazi.

Identify unfaithful males from their birthday charts 花心男人

Hi sisters! Today is your lucky day to find out if your male pals have unfaithful potential using Bazi astrology.

Below factors contribute to the "unfaithfulness" of a male:

1. Strong metal and water elements in a male chart: Water stands for IQ, cunningness, desire and also promiscuity in Bazi. Metal will further strengthen water or his desire.

2. Strong output (shang-guan/ shi-shen) stars in birth chart: Output elements also represent desire. Shang-guan also stands for the sex organ. Strong output elements in chart means this guy has strong drive to fulfil his desires.
