Bazi: Life's negative lottery

At the beginning of this year, I had sent a note warning my neighbor Billy, a 40+ years old programmer, about two most dangerous months and days to him for the year of Rooster.  His chart has hit the Bazi lottery configurations of "zi-wu-mao-you"-- the most powerful clashes that people dread.

Zi, wu, mao, and you are the purest earth branches and also called the 4-cardinal branches.  These four energies clashes are like 4 cars driving towards each other head-on at high speed. Hence their energies are concentrated and powerful.  They are also called "peach-blossom" elements associated with romance and affairs.

When a chart has any two of these elements, it is not uncommon that 10-year luck and annual luck may bring in the other two missing elements to hit the zi-wu-mao-you negative lottery.  It could be accident, negative romance/ affair that may cause major wealth losses or even death or major sickness.

Other Bazi negative lottery configurations could be formed due to luck periods are:
1.  3-penalties like yin-si-shen/ chou-xu-wei
2.  Formation clashing formation like:

• hai-zi-chou vs. si-wu-wei or yin-wu-xu 
• shen-zi-chen vs. si-wu-wei or yin-wu-xu 
• yin-mao-chen vs. shen-you-xu or si-you-chou
• hai-mao-wei vs. shen-you-xu or si-you-chou
• si-wu-wei vs. shen-you-xu or si-you-chou
• yin-wu-xu vs. shen-you-xu or si-you-chou

3.  Three identical branches clashing one branch
 
I ran into my neighbor Billy while checking mailbox today.  "I'm glad to see you are still alive".  I said.

"Am I out of the wood yet?"  Billy asked.

"Not yet, just the most dangerous periods are gone.  You still have to be cautious till the end of this year of rooster."  I replied.

"What else can I do?" Asked Billy.

"Mow my lawn once a week and you will be safe".  I said.

"Do I look like stupid?"  Billy said.

Billy always helps families in the neighborhood remove heavy snow after snowstorm.  This is why I had sent him the warning note-- to make sure he stays alive (and removes heavy snow from my driveway when snowstorm hits).

What Happens when Rabbit clashing Rooster 卯酉冲

2017 is the Year of Rooster.

In Chinese Metaphysics, zi-wu-mao-you (rat-horse-rabbit-rooster) are the four cardinal directions with strongest energy among the 12 branches.  Rooster clashes rabbit or you-metal clashes mao-wood.  This is a serious and high intensity clash because you has the purest metal energy and mao the purest wood energy.   

Individuals with mao-wood in their Bazi birth charts or current luck period/s, are subject to mao-you clash in 2017.  Below are a list of possibilities of what may happen.

1.  Mao stands for fists and you for knives-- fists and knives imply brawls or fighting.  Mao-you clash could mean injury (by metal object) and imprisonment.  You is the qi-sha (power star) of mao.  It has violence signal for mao.

2.  Mao stands for string and you for handcuff-- this could mean hands are tied or handcuffed.  Mao-you clash can mean prison gate is closed and locked, i.e. imprisoned.

3.  Mao stands for cars and boats, when clashed by you,  means traffic accidents.  In 2011 Xin-mao year and you-month, China and Korea had serious ship sinking incidents with numerous fatalities.

4.  Mao stands for eyes, when clashed by you, stands for eye illness or shedding tears.  Mao also stands for liver and you lungs.  When mao and you clash and hurt each other in a chart-- represent liver and lung sickness.

5.  The Chinese word  卯  (mao) looks like a female uterus.  So mao-you clash can also stand for uterus problems for females resulting in surgery (using knives or you-metal), especially if the mao is in hour branch.

6.  You belongs to the Dui trigram which represents young female, wine, damage, blood, sperms.... Mao belongs to the Zheng trigram which represents male, hands...  Mao-you clash has implications for affair and lust.  This clash also stands for divorce or separation between a couple due to lust/ affair.

7.  Mao-you clash also stands of killing, like the slaughtering of rabbits and chicken.

8.  People with mao-you clash in their natal charts are talkative and good at expressing themselves.  But they also like to yell at people.

Self-penalty, 3-penalties and sickness

Note:   The following is an excerpt from the chapter "CLASHES, PENALTIES AND COMBINATIONS" of the Reference Manual of "Applied Bazi: Sickness Forecasting & Management" course. 

If a chart has 3-penalties like yin-si-shen, chou-xu-wei or chen-wu-you-hai self-penalties AND has no Tian-de天德 or Yue-de月德 or Tian-yi Nobleman天乙贵人 to neutralize the problem, DM (day-master) will suffer many sicknesses and disasters throughout his life.  This problem is more acute if DM is weak with unfavorable luck periods.   

Of course, there are a very small number of people become famous or rich when they run into 3-penalties due to good Feng Shui of their residence or ancestral tombs.  However, for average citizens, they are likely to encounter sickness, disasters or undesirable affairs. 

Yin-si-shen 3-penalties:  Also for charts with yin-shen-si-hai,  DM is prone to injury from brawl, falling down, collision, falling object and sharp object. 

Chou-wei-xu 3-penalties:  Also for charts with chou-wei-xu-chen,  DM is prone to dermatological problems, spleen, stomach, intestinal or acute infectious diseases. 

Heaven, earth and human penalties: It is very inauspicious if each group of 3 branches all show up below-- it could be death (not absolute). 

* Heaven penalties:  zi-wu-mao, zi-wu-you, wu-you-mao  

* Earth penalties:  chen-xu-chou, chen-xu-wei, chou-xu-wei  

* Human penalties:  yin-si-shen, yin-si-hai, si-shen-hai 

Self-penalties:  

* Chen-chen:  DM is prone to spleen and stomach illness.  

* Wu-wu:  DM is amorous, prone to venereal diseases.  

* You-you:  DM is prone to respiratory illness.   

* Hai-hai:  DM is prone to skin problems

Zi-wu-mao-you:  injury due to fighting or being beaten up; water and fire disasters.
