Most people prefer not partner with or hiring lazy persons. This article discusses how to identify lazy people using only their date of birth with Chinese Bazi astrology. No probation or trial period needed.
BAZI CHART CHARACTERISTICS OF LAZY PERSONS
Chart with 3 or more resource stars (zheng-yin/ pian-yin): Resource stars represent senior generations, parental help, blessing and academic credentials. Chart with strong resource stars implies the chart owner ("daymaster", DM) is likely getting the blessing and support from his/ her seniors. S/he is prone to become dependent, lacking motivation to achieve more, conservative, traditional and physically weak. If annual luck comes another resource star, s/he is likely to be lazy and happy to keep "business as usual" and resistant to change.
Chart has NO wealth stars (zheng-cai/ pian-cai): In Bazi, wealth stars represent desires, abilities and persistence for goal attainment. People with no wealth star in their chart lacks motivation, willingness to work towards goals and look down on material gains and interests. This is like an engine without power and not moving much.
Chart with 3 or more -output stars (shi-shen): -Output star represents talent and enjoying life. People with strong -output stars in their chart thinks too much, fantasizes a lot but does little. They like enjoying life and good food. Many of them have big belly with a plump body. They are sloppy and careless at work and daily lives. This situation is especially worse if their chart has no wealth star. DM will fantasizes more and withdraw when running into difficulty.
The above situations are not absolute. We need to look at the whole natal chart to determine if this person is indeed a lazy one. For example, if a chart with excess resource stars but has at least one wealth star to control them, DM's laziness will be under control. Similar logic and interpretation for excess -output stars when resource star is presented in the chart.
Human laziness can be positive. People who are lazy but with a sense of responsibility would invent or create new methods or tools to make do things and tasks faster, so they can be "lazy" but still get the jobs done.
