Easy Pet Feng Shui

10 years ago, I wrote about my neighbor's new puppy, a black labrador:

Kate, the puppy, becomes an old dog. She has died of cancer last Monday.

Kate was an energetic dog. She always greeted me with hugs and talked to me. She had kept her promise of not peeving on my lawn too. I write this "Easy Pet Feng Shui" to honor her life.

EASY PET FENG SHUI

This pet Feng Shui is based on elemental or energy nature of each animal groups. It is easy to execute-- simply put the pet house or nest into "best sector" of your house or animal shelter. For example, if the best sector is in the east, put your pet's nest/ bed in the east side of your house. Below are some definitions for the table below.

Animal Groups
For clarity, each group is represented by one animal. But it can also represent similar animals. For examples: "Dog group" also represents wolf, fox and the likes. "Cat group" also represents tiger, cougar and the likes. "Fish group" represents all aquatic animals. "Bird group" also represents any feathered birds like turkey, rooster and the likes.

Best Sector
This is the best location for setting up your pet's sleeping quarter or nest. It promotes good health and vitality for your pet because the energy of this location matches your pet's unique energy patterns.

Weakening Sector
This is not a location for setting up your pet's sleeping quarter or nest. The energy here will weaken or drain the energy of your pet.

Negative Sector
This is the worst location for setting up your pet's sleeping quarter or nest. The energy here is fighting with your pet's energy. It will create serious health problem like cancer here.

RIP Kate the dog

Functions of Horse in Feng Shui

Earlier this month I wrote about seeing a giant metal rooster for sale in the Home Goods Store. Yesterday I passed by the store to see if the rooster is still around.

Someone must have read my blog and snapped the rooster away to get her spouse in check-- the rooster is gone! Instead the same place is occupied with a even bigger animal-- a giant meshed-wire horse that almost touches the store ceiling. This metal-wire horse is made in USA with a price tag of US$799-- a pretty good deal if you have a big lobby or yard to put it in.

Horse is a popular "Feng Shui animal" for enhancement of career luck, wealth luck, mobility and even romance-- because horse by nature is active, moving forward and symbol of strength and persistence. In the twelve earthly branches, horse is represented by "Wu-fire" which is one of the "4 peach-blossom elements" (Zi, Wu, Mao and You) in Chinese astrology. Hence it is also capable of boosting romance luck.

Disclaimer: I do not own stocks in Home Good Store nor I get any kickback from blogging about its merchandises.

Feng Shui Function of Horse Symbols

--Enhancing wealth and career luck (see 1 below for how)
--Making break-through in stagnation (see 1)
--Helping mobility or emigration (see 1)
--Enhancing romance and relationship (see 2)

1. Put a horse figurine (any material except plastic) in the "Traveling horse" location of the user OR have the horse facing that direction. Below is the "Traveling Horse" directions:

Your Chinese Animal Sign	Location/ direction
Monkey, Rat, Dragon	NE-east
Tiger, Horse, Dog	SW-west
Pig, Rabbit, Ram	SE-south
Snake, Rooster, Ox	NW-north

Bonus: This trick can help selling real estate too.

2. Put a horse figurine (any material except plastic) in the "peach blossom" location of the user OR have the horse facing that direction. Below is the "peach blossom" directions:

Your Chinese Animal Sign	Location/ direction
Monkey, Rat, Dragon	West (You)
Tiger, Horse, Dog	East (Mao)
Pig, Rabbit, Ram	North (Zi)
Snake, Rooster, Ox	South (Wu)

Precautions for using Feng Shui Horse:
1. No pregnant woman in the house-- may cause miscarriage.
2. Do not use this if your Chinese animal sign is rat because it clashes horse.
3. Do not use if your Bazi day-pillar has "zi" in the branch (unless you want your spouse to have affairs).
4. The horse used should be dynamic look and not standing still or laying down.
5. The horse should either facing a door or window.
6. Don't use too many (8+) horses. Too many will burn your house down because horse is fire in nature in Chinese metaphysics.
